BRUTAL RIDE TO N.O.R.M. AND BEYOND...AND BACK

This is where I left my backpack. This is also where I dinged up my Reba. It's a bad place, this "Northern Ohio Railway Museum."

We froze our gnads off, pedaling into a 15-20 mile an hour wind with temps decreasing into the mid 20s.
We stopped to brew up some yak butter tea after traversing the Khumbu Ice Fall. We tried to get Peter Dragon to rub some snow on his frozen toes but he pissed on them before we could stop him. I think the altitude was really starting to affect him.

Phat Jay wasn't home, he wouldn't answer his phone and we didn't know which house was his, so Egg decided to peek into somebody's window. Fortunately, it was Jay's window, but Egg didn't know that at the time.

Good thing, too, because acute hypothermia and both cardio and pulminary edema were starting to kill my fingertips and good humor.

We gathered around two bags of Fritos and some antifreeze, and warmed our souls.....then......

Alas, I can't reveal the details of the remainder of the ride.

All I can say is that a) Reimer Road climb is a good one, and b) initial results of preliminary testing of my new product, the Bike Sail, are favorable. Product should reach the market according to schedule.

In other words, it was a good ride.
