Land of ghosts part 2

Storm Mountain continued

A view of Storm Mountain from a cool wooded plateau. The elevation was around 3-4000 feet which made views awesome but didn't affect my breathing or endurance.

The descent down into the gorge, with the vertical rock walls visible through the trees.

It kept going down down down and I kept thinking, "Ill have to go up up up"

The view to the west looking out to the Black Hills back country.

The trail led on to a small piece of private property that must have been used for church gatherings or something. A spur trail led out onto a rocky cliff, and finally gave me a view of the gorge.
